These Terms govern your use of assistixpl.com and cross-generational communication training services provided by Assistix.
Assistix provides training including organizational assessment, cross-generational workshops, mentorship program design, leadership coaching, and ongoing implementation support.
You agree to provide accurate information, not use our website unlawfully, comply with applicable laws, and make timely payments as specified in agreements.
All website content and training materials are Assistix property, protected by Polish and international copyright law. Custom materials created for engagements become client property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Assistix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes subject to courts of Poznań.
